I believe the ones i play ( Mostly by Playtech) are fair. I don't play Bovada, but i do play an awful lot of onlie RNG blackjack of various types. And if you think it's cheating, that would be an expensive exercise, so futile. It isn't really possible to prove that a game is fair, and to prove that it is cheating would require lots and lots of real money play.
